A voice agent on your number
Built on Retell and trained on your services, hours, prices and FAQs. It answers 24/7 and says up front that it's an AI assistant.
AI receptionist builds
Your phone rings, nobody can pick up, and the caller tries the next business. We build AI receptionists that answer every call, sound natural, check your live calendar and book the job while the caller is still on the line.
The demo, 85 seconds
A real call to our agent on a demo HVAC shop. It checks live availability, offers two real open slots, books the job into GoHighLevel and confirms by text.
Demo shop and caller details are fictional. One step (collecting an email address) cut for length. Captions on by default.
What you get
Built on Retell and trained on your services, hours, prices and FAQs. It answers 24/7 and says up front that it's an AI assistant.
Checks real availability and books straight into your calendar: GoHighLevel, Cal.com, or Google Calendar via Cal.com.
You get a summary of every call: name, number and reason, in every tier. On Standard and Advanced, the caller also gets a confirmation by text or email.
Safety rules for emergencies: an alert to your phone by SMS and email, and an agent that never promises what you can't deliver.
Contacts and leads written into your GoHighLevel pipeline, and a missed-call text-back workflow so no caller goes cold.
Tested with scripted calls before launch (interruptions, wrong info, angry callers, silence), then tuned on your real calls after it goes live.
Under the hood
Behind our flagship build sits a custom middleware layer between Retell and GoHighLevel, written for the cases where the no-code path breaks.
Every response carries a sentence the voice model can say. If GoHighLevel fails mid-call, the agent takes the caller's details instead. No dead air, no error read aloud.
Epoch-millisecond dates the docs get wrong, mixed API version headers, a three-step booking write. Each trap has a regression test.
Every config is checked against the live accounts before launch, including transfer loops that would dial back into the agent itself.

Running costs are paid by you directly to the providers, usually around $0.12 to $0.15 per minute of calls plus about $5 a month for the number. Nothing passes through us.
How it works
Your hours, the services callers book (with length and price), your top 10 caller questions, your calendar, and who gets urgent alerts.
We build the agent and run scripted calls against it: interruptions, wrong info, angry callers, silence. Updates come to you in writing.
Call it, try to trip it up, ask for changes. Revisions are included in every tier.
Forward your existing number to the agent, always or only when you don't pick up. Then we tune it on real calls.
For agencies that sell voice AI
We build white-label Retell agents into the GoHighLevel sub-accounts you manage, under your brand, in 7 days for $497 per agent. We stay invisible. Fixes and prompt tuning are billed hourly.
FAQ
Yes. The agent says it's an AI assistant at the start of the call. That's honest, and it keeps you on the right side of disclosure rules.
It takes their details and alerts you immediately, or transfers the call if you want transfers set up.
Yes. You forward your number (always, or only when you don't pick up) to the agent's number.
Usage is billed by the providers directly to you, typically $0.12 to $0.15 per minute plus about $5 a month for the number. There is no monthly fee from us.

Your business name, address and hours; the services you want callers to book, with length and price for each; your top 10 caller questions; who gets urgent alerts; and a Retell account (free to create, we'll walk you through it). For Advanced, a GoHighLevel user with admin access to your sub-account.
Yes. It's a real call to our agent on a demo HVAC shop, with one step (collecting an email address) cut for length. The shop and the caller's details are fictional, so no technician was sent.
